          CARTEL is proud to announce the latest development - THE STRETCH LEVELER for 6mm coils. The stretch leveler produces memory free. stress free, wrinkle free material. It is an indegenious development, manufactured for the first time in INDIA.

 

            CARTEL offers super precision Leveler's for all kinds of steel. CR, HR, HRPO. Clock wise from left.

1> 6 Hi Leveler for CR sheers - 0.8 to 2.5mm x 2000mm wide.

2> 4 Hi Leveler for HR sheets - 1.2 to 6mm x 2000mm wide.

3> 6 Hi Leveler for CR/HR sheets - 1 to 4mm x 1800mm wide.

           At CARTEL, we have designed the levelers to level any and all kinds of sheets and plates. We promise that using CARTEL Levelers, customer's can reduce the variations and deformities in their sheets by more than 85%.

1>  4 Hi Leveler - 1.2 to 4mm x 1800mm wide for correction, finishing and table top sheets.

2> 4 Hi Leveler - 5 to 12mm x 1800mm wide for good Leveling and removing deformities.

3> 4 Hi Leveler - 5 to 20mm x 2500mm wide for Heavier Plates.
